Your measurements are taken in person by an Altobellos Fitting Specialist before your custom pair is made. If the fit isn't right, you may choose a remake or a full refund. All shoes are also covered against manufacturing defects for two years.

Two-year quality guarantee
All Standard Fit shoes are covered against manufacturing defects for two years. You choose your size from our standard range, and your shoes are handcrafted to that specification. If a defect appears in materials or workmanship, we take care of it.

What does the two-year guarantee cover?
Manufacturing defects: workmanship issues in the leather, stitching, or construction. It does not cover normal wear from everyday use, like sole wear or scuffing.
Can I cancel my order before it's made?
Yes. No leather is cut until your order is confirmed. Cancel before that point for a full refund, regardless of which line you ordered.
What if my Made to Measure shoes don't fit when they arrive?
Under the Perfect Fit Guarantee, you may choose a remake at no charge or a full refund.
Will I be charged again for a remake?
No. Remakes under the Perfect Fit Guarantee are always at no charge.
